Sage出版公司于1965年创立于美国，与全球超过500家专业学术协会合作出版1100余种高品质学术期刊，每年出版12到15种百科全书和超过900种的新书。Sage期刊全文数据库收录910余种同行评审学术期刊，涵盖人文社会科学以及理工医学的诸多领域，其中982种期刊收录于2023年JCR中，占Sage期刊总数的83.5%，其中457种期刊被SSCI收录，274种期刊被SCI收录。
